Grilling outdoors makes for a great time!

There are several seasons throughout the year that are near to my heart...deer season, turkey season, trout season, and of course grillin season. I do not love the heat of summer, but I sure love the heat and smell coming off a hot grill. I have found and interesting article about grilling over at Squidoo, (articles there are called lenses). Here's a sample, "To barbecue chicken, bring the grill to a high temperature, then put your chicken on the grill, bone side down. This helps get the chicken cooking internally. After a few minutes, lower the heat. Now you can grill your chicken as usual and the lower heat will keep it from burning."

For more information and grilling tips, goto http://www.squidoo.com/grillingandchilling .

As we go thru the summer, I will post more articles regarding outdoor cooking. Hunting may be kind of slow in the summer, but the eatin isn't too bad. Come back soon and stay a while.

Thanks

Jeff
